Right-click any image on the web to save it as PNG, JPG, or WebP โ or launch the built-in logo creator to design a custom branded image.
Save As Image adds powerful format-conversion options directly to your browser's right-click context menu. Instead of saving in whatever format a website provides, you choose โ PNG for lossless quality, JPG for smaller file size, or WebP for the best of both. The logo creator tool lets you add text, adjust colors, and export a custom branded image from any source picture.
Features
Lossless conversion โ perfect for logos, icons, screenshots, and anything that needs sharp transparent edges.
Compressed format โ ideal for photographs and images where a smaller file size matters more than transparency.
Modern format โ smaller than JPG and supports transparency like PNG. Best for web use.
Open any image in the built-in logo creator โ add text, adjust layout and colors, then export your custom logo as PNG.
Permissions
Browse to any webpage and find an image you want to save โ photos, logos, icons, illustrations, product images โ all image elements work.
Right-click directly on the image. In the context menu you'll see new options added by the extension: "Save as PNG", "Save as JPG", "Save as WebP", and "Create Logo".
Click your preferred format. The image is automatically converted and downloaded to your Downloads folder โ no popup, no extra clicks.
Select "Create Logo" to open the design tool. Add custom text, choose font and color, adjust layout, then export your branded logo as a PNG.
Your saved image appears in your default Downloads folder with a descriptive filename based on the original image URL.
No user data or image data is stored. Each conversion happens in-memory and the result is immediately downloaded to your device.
Format conversion uses the browser's built-in Canvas API entirely on your device. Image data is never sent to any external service, proxy, or server.
